Sussan Öster is the founder of VITAL GoodSolution AB in Sweden. Sussan has an Mph – Master of Social Science, in the field of Public Health and works with Solution Focused coaching, supervision, training, facilitating small and large groups in creative meetings, evaluation with a special focus on public health, health promotion, and lifestyle. Sussan is an ICF-certified coach, health pedagog, and has 25 years of experience in the field of education and training. She has a history in health clubs, where she worked as a gym-instructor and workout leader. 

Together with Sussan, Urban Norling founded GoodSolution j.d.o.o based in Croatia. Urban started off within the military academy followed by working as an educational officer within Swedish defense force. Followed by a BSs – Bachelor in Sports Science and MSc – Master of Science in the field of Education. Since 1998, he has been working with the Swedish Icehockey federation as a trainer and facilitator. In business, he’s focusing on coaching, facilitation, and supervision – with individuals as well as teams and groups within a variety of public and private organizations.
